Deposits
A deposit of 20% is required for all wedding cake orders (and is non-refundable)
Payments
Payment may be made by:-
· Cash
· Personal cheque
Please make all cheques payable to Joanne Young
The final balance for all wedding cakes is due two weeks before the event. Under no circumstances will a cake be released until the balance has been paid.
Alteration to orders
Any alterations to the original order must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to an additional charge. Late amendments to orders are often possible and every effort will be made to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation of orders
A minimum of two weeks notice is required to cancel an order. This must be confirmed by telephone and confirmed by writing. All work already completed is chargeable.
Cake Stand
A £50 deposit is required for the use of any cake stand which will be refunded on the safe return of the cake stand. All stands are to be returned within 4 days from the event so that they may be used by other people. In the case of loss, damage or non return, customers are responsible for full replacement costs.
